The Profitec Pro 700 Espresso Machine is a top of the line machine from Profitec.
The PRO 700 is a semi-automatic, dual boiler espresso machine with PID-display. The temperature for both boilers may be adjusted individually.
The display shows the brewing time with up to the second accuracy. The steam boiler has a dedicated on/off switch.
The PRO 700 could be used with the internal water tank or by connecting it directly to the main water connection.
High-end Profitec E61 brew group, 2.0 liters stainless steel insulated boiler for steam and 0.75 liters stainless steel boiler for brewing coffee, both boilers are insulated!

We are using safe and secure shipping methods only such as FedEx, DHL, TNT and more, usually it takes 5-10 business days to reach to most of the detentions.
Note: In a rare cases of shipping to a remote areas (such as some remote towns in Australia for example) an additional shipping charges would be needs, please check the DHL remote areas list as a reference here in case you are not sure about your location.
International Customers:
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges, these charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Return Guidelines For Non-Defective Items

Non-Defective Items: For non-defective items, they must be in new, unused, and unopened condition to qualify for a refund. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective items.
- Return Window: You have 30 days return window from the date of of receiving it to notify us for your intention to return the item.
- Return Method: By mail.
- Contact us: Contact us directly to start with the return process and receive our return address.

Initiate Return within 5 Business Days: You have a 5-day window from the date of notification to ship the item back to us and send us the tracking number.
- Shipping Costs: For Non-Defective Items the client must cover all of the return shipping costs to us.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Upon receiving the item, our team will carefully inspect the package for any damages incurred during delivery. Once the inspection is complete and the item is confirmed to be in satisfactory condition, a full refund will be issued, with a 10% restocking fee deducted.
- Restocking Fees: Non-defective items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
